Course overview
The Master's Program was developed by Dr Tejimonga to enable individuals to deepen their yoga practice under the direct guidance of Dr Tejimonga. Tage has been practicing and teaching yoga for 28 years. With the support of their spirit and the guidance of their masters, those who live close to their true meaning of life are able to achieve spiritual awakening and enlightenment in their daily lives.
This program is designed to deepen the personal practice of Yoga under the guidance of Dr. Tejvinder Monga, who has more than 28 years experience in practicing yoga. The spiritual awakening is possible In daily life, it describes a yogin who is living a wholesome life in support of the spirit, as instructed by the Guru.

Curriculum Description

Raja Yoga and Bhakti Yoga are the foundations of the Master Program. Raja Yoga is a technique based on Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, which consist of asanas, pranayama, meditation and self-study. Bhakti Yoga is an energy discipline through chanting, chanting the 1000 Goddess Mantras (Lalita Sahasranama).

Patanjali's Yoga Sutras are a very simple and effective method for serious yoga students. Success in the practice of yoga is achieved through the cultivation of faith, memory, pure energy and a sincere effort to follow the wisdom of the Sutras.

Lalita Sahasranama is a prayer to Adishakti (supreme cosmic feminine force). In this program you will learn the Lalita Sahasranama chanting technique and connect to the practice of bhakti yoga. It burns samskaras, karma, and purifies the mind.

Advanced pranayama begins with the practice of Kapalabhati and Nadishodhana and progresses to Bhastrika. We also apply the techniques of bandhas (energy locks) and kevalak kumbhaka (holding breath). It is a practice that purifies the nadis (energy channels) and awakens the dormant kundalini energy.

Meditation and Yoga Nidra are at the base of the Master Program. Students deepen their meditation and experience deep cleansing of the subtle body through yoga nidra.

Raja Yoga & Bhakti Yoga is the foundation of Master Program. Raja Yoga encompasses the practice of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and self study structured by Patanjali Yoga Sutra. Bhakti Yoga is the energetic practice of connecting to Higher Self by chanting 1000 mantra of goddess (Lalita Sahasranama).

The principles of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras are a concise and effective method for the serious yoga student.

The Lalita Sahasranama is a prayer to Adi Shakti the supreme feminine power of the Universe. The students will learn how to chant the Lalita Sahasranama, and connect to the practice of bhakti yoga which burns samskaras, karma and renders the mind pure.

Advanced pranayama is the practice of Kapalabhatti and Nadi Shodhana pranayama. The student will experience the practice of bandhas or energetic locks and also the advanced practice of Kevala kumbhaka or breath suspension.

Regular practice of Meditation and Yoga Nidra will help the students to experience deep purification of the subtle body, which will bring the balance, clarity, good mental health, and abundance of joy and happiness.

The combination of meditation, asana, pranayama, chanting and yoga nidra brings an evolution of consciousness and many sincere students will endeavor to experience the different levels of samadhi as outlined in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras.

Held online once a month
The master program is held online once a month under the guidance of Mr. Tage.

Duration: Level 1: 24 months (1000 hours: including contact hours with teacher and individual practice time)

Level 2 : 24 months (1000 hours: including contact hours with teachers and individual practice hours)

Every Saturday from 9:30 to 12:30 (Optional participation from 12:00 to 12:30)

Monthly assignments (approximately 75 minutes per day):
① Spiritual diary

③Likita Japa (writing meditation)
④Personal practice given by the teacher (meditation, asana, pranayama, yoga nidra)
The Master Level 1 & 2 program will meet Online once a month for practice under the guidance of Dr.Tej Monga.

The total duration of the Master Level 1 program is 1000 hours of contact and non contact hours in a period of 24 months.

Level 2 ~: Those who continue from Level 1
*1 year tuition fee 30,000 yen (including satsanga fee) 2,500 yen per month
200 or 500 hour teacher training completed (any school is acceptable)
Those who have not taken the teacher training can also be accepted after a web interview.
